Booking.com and Hampton Inn staff both cooperated and supported my request on a mistake of my booking which was set for a week ahead by mistake. I was at the hotel with my family and it seemed very unlikely I would get the same day booking immediately. However, they not only gave me the booking but also on the very same price! Kudos to booking.com and Hampton Inn staff for getting out of the way and accommodating my request. After this I would overlook any shortcoming from the hotel or their staff because they showed true customer support and I owe them that what they deserve.

Had a nice stay at this hotel during a recent trip to Dallas. The rooms are a great size and fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and the AC was keeping us cool from the Texas heat. There was plenty of parking and the check-in and check-out process was easy. We did not partake in the breakfast during our stay, but it looked good as we passed one morning. The hotel is in a good location nearby several restaurants and shopping/convenience stores if you forgot something!

Hamptons really does well with the value proposition. The room was a really nice size and extremely comfortable. They have a laundry room which is a big win, as well as a fitness room. Their breakfast is their classic! My stay overall was great for the price that I was paying. They get the important things right.

Breakfast was very good! It is nice to enjoy a warm meal. Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt included. We had breakfast Monday morning, so the dining area was nice and quiet not crowded at all. The room was very comfy and clean! Great location right off the highway!

Very clean room with a great shower, was very affordable for one night with two beds. Lots of restaurants near by, close to highway but not too loud or crowded. Receptionist was very friendly. Close to DFW and 'The Parking Spot' lots. Hotel also has an ATM and a nice looking pool.
